Bridge faces or holes(edge borders).

The "Corner", "Smooth" and "Bezier" button change the type of spline knots.
The "Points:" spinner add knots to spline.
The "< Prev." and "Next >" button select the previous/next spline knots.
"Taper Amount" and "Taper Curve" set the amount and the curve value of faces bрidge.
The "Bridge segm" spinner sets the segments of the bridge.
The "Interactive" button turn On/Off interactive mode(watch the video).

- adding control points will not destroy the spline shape
- Rebuild Bridge - select face bridge, convert it to spline, made changes and create the bridge again
- Soft Selection and Relax(almost interactive) built in the UI. - idea by obliviboy.

- Lenght Space - space evenly the bridge along its lenght.
- cw and ccw - will rotate(twist) the end faces of the bridge

Installation: Drag and drop the mzp file in 3ds max. Go to Customize-Customize User Interface-"miauu" category.

I hope some day ADSK to extend MXS with "on error event handle for rollouts", but while this not happen I just skip hiding the dialog title bar.

You can close the dialog by relaunching the script. :) Can you tell me or send me the max scene with script error. I try to "brake" the script but with no success.

it will be better if I had rc menu for closing dialog (destroying dialog), coz when script error theres no way you could use X button to close the dialog.
PS : altho u can use re-lauch the software trick

Do you use extrude along spline to make the bridge or do you use Loft?
Loft is a little more complex to set up but it gives you greater control of the bridge. Using loft you can use two separate meshes and so later you can edit the spline(the bridge will be a separate mesh). Also if you move one mesh you can make the spline to adjust, for this you need to rig the points of the spline to the meshes.

It is possible to make the spline retain the it's shape when you change the number of points, if yes it will make it even more useful.
This is one of the features that I want to add to the script. Also I have a few more ideas, and I will try to add "Softselection Relax"
Also when I exit the interactive mode the spline disappears.
This is not happend on my max2009. Strange. :) I will try to fix the problem.

It would be nice if you could incorporate relax with soft selection into the scripts interface. You make it select the middle of the bridge, apply soft selection and then relax. See image bellow to see what I mean.
