Insert Bezier Key

INSTALL

1. Drag and Drop into 3dsMax.

2. Go to Customize->Detachmode->InsertBezierKey and drag&drop it to the menubar.

USAGE:
1. Open Trackview and select one or more bezier controllers and go to the frame where you want to add a to the curve.
2. Press the button.

This script have been used for a project on which I needed to simulate some destruction effects with MassFX and then import it in Unreal 4. Basically the script transfer the rotation/position/scaling of every selected objects into a single skined object where each bone represent the previously selected object animation.

Batch Camera Render

This script aims to replace standard 3dsmax's Batch Render and imitates Houdini Output Node workflow. Using it you can specify rendering parameters - frame size, frame number, output path - directly to camera object, so every camera in scene 'knows' what it intended to render. Additional functionality is Lighting Assignment - you can specify which light will be turn on or off for selected camera during the rendering.

Recent update:

  • Region render parameter can be specified for each camera
  • Set Viewport button sets viewport camera and resolution and aspect as well
  • It is possible now to specify backburner servers and server groups for silent rendering submit (code editing required)

FumeFX RGB Light Rig

Since there is no way to export a Normals pass from FumeFX for re-lighting in comp, I set this up to set your Red, Green, and Blue lights to fake an RGB pass. It's pretty straight forward.
