"Allows you to add a modifer to selected objects (each modifier is a seperate modifier - not an instance of the same modifier which happens if you multiselect objects and apply a modifier in the modifier panel) - and to delete modifiers from selected objects (Any selected objects will have their modifier stacks checked - and any modifier that you specify in there will be deleted.) Replaces RemoveM

Clipboard for modifiers.

!!! UPDATE !!!

modifierUtilities

Lets you perform various modifier related tasks on a set of selected objects. For example, takes all the selected objects and adds / removes seperate instances of a specific modifier. Or lets you find any objects in the current selection that contains a specific modifier. Add modifiers to your Favorites area for faster access.

NewNoise

The same as the regular noise modifier - except it strips away some unnecessary features (not unnecessary in all situations - just in most) and binds the x y z of strength into a single spinner that affects all axes equally.

Notes modifier

A modifier that does nothing to the object but just holds a piece of text with it.
Think 'post-it notes'.

PEN_findmodifier

Finds modifiers in your scene based on class name of modifiers. It has some defaults added to a drop down list but you can type in your own.
However - first you need to know the class name of the modifier that you are looking for.

PinStack

An R4 version of Randy Kreitzman's RCM_stackManager. Restores position in stack when objects reselected. Unzip into your max root directory and restart max4

Point Cache Lag Tool

POINT CACHE LAG TOOL 1.0

USAGE
Working with hundreds of rippling objects that carry complex modifier stacks can be slow. Why not point cache the first object and then simply offset the timing of the rest? This small script was developed during internal animation tests at Digital Kitchen to expedite the creation of time-delayed animations.

INSTRUCTIONS
Create an object and apply a point cache modifier to it.
Duplicate that object around your scene
