Aligns and links one object to another in one step.

Lock Cameras or objects

A little script to lock/unlock the movements of the cameras or objects too.
Put into your scripts directory, and under "Customize user inteface" open the category "Maico G." and assign "Lock Camera" to a menu, shortcut or toolbar.
To use, select a camera, camera target or an object and click lock or unlock.


An alternative to using attachment constraints - use magnetic 2.1 to attach mesh/poly objects to the surface of another mesh object using the painter interface or a guide shape and each attached object will retain its position and orientation respective to the surface as the surface is animated.

Match Transform

This script helps you to match the modifier gizmo (UVW, Slice) of selected object to the gizmo of picked object.


Mirrors the selected object along the X - Y or Z world axis - with options for copy or instance. Like the mirror tool - but lets you do some common mirror operations with far fewer mouseclicks.

Non-Destructive Freeze Transform

Freeze and/or zero-out transforms on objects while keeping all existing controllers in-tact. This means any existing constraints, script controllers, expression controllers, noise controllers, etc., will still be there afterwards.

Nudge with Arrow Keys

Allows movement of selected object(s) using arrow keys. This was the behavior in 3dsmax prior to version7.


Shoots a ray through the scene to determine the closest face on any object then sets the viewport transform matrix so the this face is oriented perpendicular to the view.
