Functions for dealing with atmospherics and effects.
Two functions that save and restore the names of the current atmospherics.
Useful when using refs.Dependents() on items that reference atmospherics, since doing so will reset the atmospheric's name (a bug in Max).
TRUE when successfully save/restored the names, otherwise FALSE.
The Render Effect equivalent to Save/RestoreAtmosphericNames().
