3DS Max Biped to CAT

Hi.

I am brand new to character animation in 3DS Max Design 2014. I have completed some of the Autodesk AREA Max CAT tutorials and am now looking to use CAT to animate a character in one of my scenes. I found a suitable character for my scene but he came with a Biped attached.

Does anyone know of a script for converting Biped to CAT?
