looking for a way to bring in alpha channels as splines
is there a way to bring in alpha channels as splines? In pshop you can convert a mask to a vector bezier curve which is similar if not the same as a spline - it can definitely be converted to one. I'm just looking to avoid the process of going into my image files and completing the process image by image - does anyone have any scripts for this?

but SplineTrace is not exactly what needed.
texture (TIF or PNG) with alpha assigned on plane converts it to contour according to image alpha
