MSP CSV Construction Time liner

Hi,

I am looking to develop a plugin/script that allows us to import a CSV from Microsoft project and use the data to control slice planes, visibility and movement for construction animations.

I know someone who has already scripted it but it is buggy they don't want to distribute.
