10 Year Anniversary Celebration

10 years... What a ride! During the past decade artists & developers - people just like yourself - have come to this site to find tools that will make their lives easier. I've been honored to get to know many of you, to learn from your techniques and see thousands of artists find the tool they needed. I think one of the things that has amazed me the most over the years is how cross cultural ScriptSpot has become. This isn't just a site that people in Hollywood use, or for that matter a site that people in North America use. ScriptSpot is a global community of artists looking for solutions and developers who are generous enough to share them. The common language here is the language of need - I'm proud that so many here have found solutions to their problems by someone half a world away.

No anniversary celebration would be complete without gifts and the ScriptSpot 10th Anniversary has great gifts that will be raffled every Monday. Contest entry is based on internet "treasure hunt" questions that you'll need to answer correct - they'll have something to do with ScriptSpot or the prize sponsor. A Peek In The Archives

In preparation for the 10 year anniversary I thought it'd be fun to see where ScriptSpot started and how it developed. After all - 10 years ago I was a college student learning HTML and ScriptSpot was an experiment.
