Use this script to bind one non deforming mesh to another.For example if you want to bind a high resolution mesh to an animatable mesh you would use this script.This script requres John Burnetts' BindToFace plugin.

Additional Info: 

Select the object you want to bind.Then pick the object you want to bind to.
