CAT "Match IK and FK" via script

I'm looking for the command to trigger the CAT function "Match IK and FK".

I found the command for "Move IKTarget to Palm" which is:

$[3][1].MoveIKTargetToEndOfLimb()

But I don't find it's counterpart.

Does anyone have an idea?

If there isn't any referenced function to call I would like to try to rewrite all the process as script.
But, I even do not understand what "Match IK and FK" really does?

It is described as "Keyframe Limb FK Rotation to actif Layer". But, I don't understand what that might mean.

Does anyone have an idea?
