creatin mapbutton on custom toolbar

if i just place mapbutton on a custom toolbar it lets me pick material, but cannot drag file there. is there a way to create mapbutton where you can drag and drop textures into? thanx

after some quick testing i found 2 ways: rightclick and custom rcMenu or dotNet for drag&drop
unfortunately i got no clue of how to do it in .net
