Game Engine Model Format

Hey,

well this thread doesn't relates directly to scripting, but i hope, since you own a lot of technical knowledge, that you help me.

In my freetime i'm modding the Game Empire: Total War were i came across a file format called cs2.parsed, which is used by the game as a collision mesh.
But this one can't be edited at the moment and so no one can implement some new assets.

So i hoped anyone here has a clue, whats going on within the file. There are some coordinates of points but also a lot of stuff i can't see what it's doing.
Maybe this is a format of some Middleware game dev tool?
