Installing Macro button to toolbar via script

Hi everyone, I have a macro that I need my company to have installed to their toolbar. Of course I could have them go to the customize UI menu and drag the button, but I think a much more elegant solution is for the script to install its own button at start up.

I can't find any reference on how to access toolbars in the maxscript help file.

I already have code working to install a menu item on start up (it appears next to Help) but I'd like to have a button with the company logo, looks much nicer =)
