I am currently working on a script that requires the use of the data from the lightmeter helper object in 3ds Max Design 2009. I am pretty sure I need to use the GetIlluminance line, but can't for the life of me get anything but errors from it.
Can anyone shed some light on how I may be able to get the illuminance value of the first point on a lightmeterhelper object into maxscript as a variable? The Max helpfiles have not helped at all..
