new rollout in stadard material

I want to add custom rollout to standard material that would contain my custom scripts. Problem is i do not know how to add it into existing material, only to create new material plugin that uses Standard mat as "template",which is not good because it is new type material and every model that has standard material assigned to it doesn't have features of my new material.

To summarize my plea: how can i add rollout in to Standard material in Material Editor?
