Toggle between vray Proxy and full Mesh on location

Hi,

I'm looking for a button to toggle a selected mesh to write it away as a vray proxy to a certain folder (eg. ..\desktop) and reload the proxy in the scene on the same spot. But also to toggle it back again to full mesh mode with materials and on the same location.

I'm aware that you can import the full mesh back but that will import it at 0.0 which doesn't work for us.
