branching renderable spline 3ds max script

Hi all,

I have created a shape that start from 1 vertice and branches out into different direction (much like a web). Throughout the shape there are instances where the vertices branch out again. When I click enable in viewport (renderable) the intersections are all over the place and the joins ends are not clean. Does anyone have a script that show the multiple joins as a clean knot?
