Delete certain faces

Hi! I've been working on a project with models from the game 'Unreal'. I want to remove certain faces from several models, but I've found that manually deleting each face is a very time consuming process.

Is there a script out there that could let me delete the faces of my choosing? Each mesh has the same number of faces; they are just positioned differently.

I would really appreciate the help.
