Fillet Edit Poly
is it possible to Fillet a polygonal mesh? I dont mean chamfer or bevel. Ideally i would like to have a perfect radius on an edge without having to model it from a circle or cylinder. Currently chamfer will give you an approximation of a radius on an edge but unfortunately the difference is noticable and looks kinda fugly in some cases.

ideally i'd like to stick to poly modeling. constructing complex shapes out of splines running the bevel profile mod, collapsing the stack to edit poly then filling in the gaps seems a bit painful. being able to fillet edges in edit poly mode the same way you would chamfer them would be awesome.
Why don't you use bevel
