I am looking for a script - manager all installed scripts

Hellow everybody!

I am looking for a script - manager all installed scripts.

I would like to manage all the installed scripts - delete unnecessary, copied to another machine, etc.

I saw something similar about a year ago. Like written on .Net or it can as a separate windows application. I can not remember now exactly.
