OBJ. geometry cleaner

Hello,

Does someone knows any 3d max script that clean and correct geometry that comes when importing OBJ.files. Sometimes there is too much polygons even in a simple wall and that is really annoying.

I use ArchiCAD to produce wawefront form and import it to a 3D max.
