Project Folder at startup

Hi,
I don`t know write scripts, just a little tools recording and dragging to the toolbar, so...
... I need to make 3ds max auto open the window to set wich project I want to work, because we are 4 guys working with a lot of projects at the same time and it's easy to be lost!
