Script for straightening UV shells better?

The Straighten tool in unwrap is not good enough (it causes distortion) which creates the long tedious task of aligning every UV shell with TexTools, then proceeding to align every row individually.

Does anyone have the skill to create a script to automate such?

Just about every hard surface modeller would find this extremely useful, as the process of straightening uv shells is mandatory, because it makes the texture look much much nicer.

Could even sell it, considering how much time it would save, would be be a good investment.

Extra: Even better to align and straighten multiple shells at once

Found a good solution:

Found a good solution: PolyUnwrapper (http://www.polytools3d.com/tools/polyunwrapper/index.html)

Has an align tool, which can be assigned to a hotkey, and align even multiple at once.

Not sure about staightener tool yet.
