smooth curve editor with a key at each frame.

Hi,
I don't know how to smooth curves in 3dsmax as in this blender video : https://youtu.be/a7qyW1G350g?t=225
There is already a way in max ? Or it need a script ?
I find it really usefull for camera path... Thanks
