Turntable Animation script needed

Greetings!

Basically, what we need is to be to import from a max file with a single object, create a camera that flies around it, and output an animation. This has to be done about 3600 times, so a script that can work on a directory is mandatory. Bonus points if you can output a gif animation.

We have a full spec for the project that can be sent to top-notch scripters, please submit an approximate amount to do the project, and a list of scripting projects that you have completed.
