Yep. Fajar is right. So you can combine mxs and .net or use only .net for GUI , controls and some advanced operations.
To explore better properties, methods and events of .net controls which max can support you can use this tool by track:
http://www.scriptspot.com/3ds-max/scripts/show-dotnet-properties
For other stufs use MSDN Library http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff361664%28v=vs.110%29.aspx.
Best examples you can find on CGTalk form (and this forum of course :)) and
Pete (http://lonerobot.net/) have some very useful infos about this topic.
Cheers!

Thanks fajar for the tips.

I began to see a little something about Donet (more script and test) and indeed it is difficult for me, but not give up!! Now I try just to introduce a image in button with Donet hoping to be able to do :D

thanks for the reply

not really that hard, except

not really that hard, except for compiling stuff like on the fly dll compiling stuff, you must know c++ or C# language, anything else just like setting the properties of the dotnet object or else , just download all barigazy script , you'll learn many, also about dotnet vs std image in maxscript, dotNet do load image lot faster than std image in maxscript control(try big image !), also in dotnet you can acces many image properties n display it using dotnet messagebox where you can directly copy those information.
