Inventor to 3D Studio Max 5

Hi all
I have been searching for a plug-in for 3D Studio Max R5 that will let me bring in Auto Desk Inventor 2008 parts and assemblies also the texture that was applied to the parts/assemblies in Inventor. I did have a plug-in for 3D studio Max that would let me do this when I was using Inventor R7. It no longer works for Inventor 2008. Anybody have an idea where I may fine something like this?
