layers object material with layer names

i have 20 layers
i would like to assign standard color material
material name is layer name
is that possible
my poor skill can;t do that~~~~~

Be a little more specific.
Which letters do not understand?
If you think of the [L], [C], [M], [T] then read again "How to use"
part of "Aditional info" section. Also check out "description" image.
It's realy easy to use.
