Script request: 'Project from view (bounds)' UV layout for 3ds max.

In Blender there is a UV layout option called "Project from view (bounds)" where you can set a UV layout of a mesh to match the perspective of a view (ie a camera). Which is particularly useful for rendering pre-rendered textures for static scenes or scenes where camera movement is limited.

My software of choice is 3ds max and I only know some very basic stuff about Blender, just enough to utilise a few features such as this UV layout. It's a bit of a hassle for me to import/export scenes back and forth from blender to max so I'm wondering if it would be possible to make a script that could provide the same function as Blender's project from view UV layout in max?
