Assigning a Controller to a Weight-controller via MaxScript

Hi, I'm new here, but I hope someone can still help me.

I've got this problem I've been working on all day now and just can't figure it out. The task is simple, I want to assign another controller to the weight of a LookAt-Constraint in a Rotationlist. I just can't figure out how to change it using a maxscript, though it should definitely be possible...
