If the purpose is to select all diagonal edges and delete them to get a quad mesh, then there is a built-in Quadrify tool in 3dsMax: Ribbon - Geometry (All) - Quadrify All.

Yes, that's a part of what I want but I already tried the Quadrify of 4 programs including z brush, blender and others and all left some triangoles in the mesh.
Now I'm testing an old script that hides the edge plus a polygon lake with which after a long procedure I achieve a perfect Quadrify of the mesh
