How TO import Merge with Render Settings

I'm new to max script , I want to merge light rig into my scene via script with all RENDER SETTINGS , ? Please help...

1. Save the render settings as a separate preset file.
2. Import/Merge your rig
3. Load saved render settings from the preset file.
