Scaling of multiple points at once

Hi Everyone, I run into the same problem often when importing Autocad drawings into Max. The point size ends up being huge and I have changed this in Autocad, but it seems it doesn't always work the way you want.

Can anyone give me some advice on a very simple thing...I want to selet all the points at once (easy to do) and with them selected simply have the size for all be changed to whatever new value I enter.

Right now you can't apply changes to more than one item at a time and when you have hundreds of points, it's a real pain and wastes time.
