I try this mcg to max 2021

I try this mcg to max 2021 and when i install it i see it on the creation tab but it shows nothing on the viewport when you create it. Event though i see the parameters on the modify panel, but there is nothing in visual terms like that muscle i see in the video. Did i miss something? Any chance to show a quick video how you are suppose to make that muscle?
