with this script, you'll be able to generate many diferent buildings shapes with interriors floors.

works on max 9 to 2012.

Additional Info: 

using this script could crash max, if max memory used.

this script require Max 2011+

I see you using PolyToolsSelect which is new plugin in Max 2010, but script-aware (visible to MaxScript) in Max 2011 and above, so no way this script to run in lower Max versions ;)
