Due to some crashes when opening the Max 2010 new File Menu and other problems with it, i've re-implemented the old style File Menu of max 2009... It's easy to install - after downloading the mzp - file just go to scripts--> run Script, choose the mzp file and it is installed. After restarting max it should look like this:

what we need now, is a script
which removes the top bar of 2010 2011,
so it looks like 2009 again
how to do this?

Hey cool script! But the File menu is already there! No need to have all those ms files.
Just go to Customize/ Customize User Interface/ Menus
and drag and drop "File" from the "Menus" window to the right panel. ;)
