Allows Extrusion/Bevel at Polygon level with respect to Edge Visibility. Has its own History list and lots of options (Constant/Random/Incremental Extrudes/Bevels) Fixed a MAX 3.0 specific problem. Should work in both 3.0 and 3.1 now. Version 0.3 is much
