It'll let you make all kinds of low-poly arrows - which is useful for rendering 3D storyboards.

Additional Info: 

Parametric Arrows
After running the script you'll find the object under Create/rollout/Amber Creations/Arrow
The ini file is saved under the plugcfg-folder.
This script is inspired by two great scripts: Plug-o-matic by Martin Breidt and Face maker by Bruce Forel

I'm not an author, just uploading what i've found. It worked in 3dsmax 2013 x64.
