PEN character setup

"Created for setting up list controllers on control objects for animation. Zero out position and Zero out rotation will add the second contrller in the list to the first then set the second controller to zero again. If a list controller isn't on the object that is picked these buttons will build the list controller and name the 1st and 2nd controllers Zero and Animation then set the second contorller active. The Bones rollout adds the ability to turn on and off the fins of bones and resize them as an offset with multiple selected. And the Bones ON/OFF checkbutton at the botton will allow you to turn off all selected bones fines so that you can add the bones to Skin without the envelopes flipping sideways beacuse the bone was wider then long. Turn the ON/OFF checkbutton back off and only the fins that were on in first place will turn back on."
