Does this script work with
Does this script work with 2011? im getting error replorts when i try :(
Anbuis, You misunderstood
Anbuis, You misunderstood what I was saying. Vigtools.ms is separate from matclean. Vigtools.ms has a few extra scripts bundled into one .ms file, I use it to install a few scripts at one time, scripts I haven't released. When I moved matclean.ms it broke the link. An adventurous user found matclean inside of vigtools.ms and posted a link. Technically you should never of had it as vigtools.ms was never released. Its perfectly fine if you have the other vigtools but I never intended for people to install the extra scripts just to get mat clean.
The extra functions you talked about are needed for the script to work correctly.
Thank you! Working fine on
Thank you! Working fine on max 9 and 2010.
I'm not sure what you mean
I'm not sure what you mean with "you shouldn't be using vigtools". Yes, I can write my own tools, or something else you cover? Never mind. Most people is glad to see bug reports and new ideas about their scripts because this help them. If you not one of them, ok, I'll have in mind. Peace!

Fixed the download link.
Fixed the download link. Sorry about the confusion, you shouldn't be using vigtools, but if you have it, its no big deal, probably just some extra tools you won't use, or maybe you will.
Yep, we should know so this
Yep, we should know so this script install 4 Macroscript and 1 geometry plugin.
Maybe there are other bugs to report, I just read the code of "MatClean" and I see so the buttons run more actions than described, for example - "Mat1 + Wire Color" button also call dull_materials() function which call clear_all_meditSlots() and kill_materials() functions.
As a discomfort (for me) is to do something then nothing selected, 'cause people should remember what happens in this case.
Good luck! :)

Looks like the author merged
Looks like the author merged several tools together into "VigTools_1.5.ms" which can now be downloaded here: http://www.vigville.com/forum_images/3dsmax/Scripts/VigTools_v1.5.ms
