Reroot bones changes your bones hierarchy organization by changing which bone is the parent bone.
Connect Bones connects two bones by extending a new bone from the selected bone to the picked bone.
Combine Bone links the selected bone to a picked bone - and repositions the selected bone to the picked bone's endpoint.
Extend Bone links the selected bone to a picked bone - and extends the selected bone to the picked bone's endpoint. [update]: The extended bone is no longer stretched after it was extended.
Remove Bone deletes the selected bone and extends its child to its parent's endpoint and parenting it.
Remove BoneXP (Extends Parent :) ) deletes the selected bone and extending its parent's endpoint to its child.
Delete Bone deletes the selected bone and creating a small bone at the parent's endpoint. Thus - you can still assign IK solver to the parent bone.
Unlink Bone unlinks the selected bone from its parent and creating a small bone at the parent's endpoint. Thus - you can still assign IK solver to the parent bone.
Reset Bone Stretch - is a quicker way of resetting bone stretch - rather than doing it through the bone options dialog
