A POWERFUL TIME-SAVER TOOL TO BAKE THE ANIMATION OF YOUR ENTIRE SCENE WITH JUST ONE CLICK.

This script can bake a complete scene with complex procedural animations and sophisticated rigs, including all kind of objects, controllers and character animations, and set it ready to export to your favorite game engine.

 

It works on any kind of object with any kind of animation controller!

From simple animated objects to complex animated scenes with deep level of hierarchies and script-driven.

From simple bone-rigged characters to extremely complex rigs mixing a Biped skeleton with IK-driven bone chains and procedural controllers. 

 

All kind of objects and animation that require baking are supported: 

  • Geometry objects, helpers and shapes / Bones (FK, IK, Spline Ik) / Biped
  • Bakes Procedural animation, Link Constraint, Path Constraint, LookAt Constraint, Script Controller, Wired Parameters, IK controllers, etc.
  • Option to affect only selected objects or all objects in scene.
  • Smart removing of unnecessary helpers after baking (optional).

 

 USAGE

Adjust the few optional settings (or leave the default ones) and hit 'BAKE ANIMATION'.

The operation can take from less than a second to several minutes, depending on the amount of objects to process and the number of frames.

 

INSTALLATION 

Just drag the script to any viewport, go to Customize -> Customize User Interface -> Toolbars tab -> choose Rode3D category. Drag Total Animation Baker to your top toolbar. Ready to use!

This is a free and open script. You may use it as is or modify it as you like. I will not provide support regularly.
