Close the Type-In Transform box

Does anyone know how to Close the Transform Type-In dialog box via maxscript?

I'm having a hard time looking through the maxscript help for the code.

Also trying the macrorecorder to see the syntax isn't helping.

I can figure out how to open it via maxscript just not close it.

max tti will open it or actionmax.execute 0 "40029"

Anyway just trying to figure out how to toggle it on/off via max script.
