Control Key Frames from exel

Hi,

I am looking to develop a plugin/script that allows us to import a Excel/CSV from Microsoft project and use the data to control slice planes, visibility and movement for construction animations.

I know someone who has already scripted it but it is buggy they don't want to distribute.

I would really appreciate some help in developing this plugin to streamline the animating process.
