Customize UI 3dsmax2011 to 3dsmax2012

Description

I'm trying to get my UI preference from 3dmax2011 to 3dsmax2012,
The problem is quad menu and menu interface are group in the same file "MaxStartUI.mnu" by default and when I load my .mnu file in 3dsmax 2012 there is some trouble with menu interface.
Any ideas to solve that without redoing all quad menu ?

i faced same problem and was forced to re-customize quad menu :(
just got better though
