get active state for chamfer tool

Hey everybody!

Can't seem to find anywhere how to check the state of tools like chamfer, extrude, inset. I want to be able to check if I am in the freeform tool mode or not. I found how you can toggle with $.EditablePoly.ToggleCommandMode...
