How can I stitch uv with 'scale clusters'?

Unwrap. Stitch Tool.
Is it really no control over that(scale clusters) checkbox from maxscript?
It turns the whole stitch tool useless - face gets distorted and mess everything up and no-dialog option is just unpredictable.
