merge a 3d max file with an insertion point
I want to merge a file into max with maxscript but like when u drag merge the file, if i drag it I get a preview of the object location before I commit the actual merging.
anyone can help?
this is kinda the first step in a script i want to do, I want to be able to merge some object with a point cashed animations on them and randomize the start time so they look random.if anyone knows something like this please save me the trouble :)
but I want to know the answer to, will be a good scripting practice.
