Modular character set up in 3ds max?

Hi,

let me start off with i can't do code... i'm an 3D artist in his 3rd year of uni and i'm looking for someone who has some spare time and wants to produce something free for the community :)

basically the idea is a modular system using the layer system, i don't know how hard this is as mentioned i dont code :(
